The builder’s communities are designed for the active adult lifestyle and deliver well-earned elegance for today’s active adults.
Jim Chapman Communities’ founder, Jim Chapman Jr., started his own high-end, custom building firm in 1998 and worked primarily in Buckhead, Ga., and Alpharetta, Ga. He then began applying the quality service standards used in luxury home building to active adult communities. As of 2011, Jim Chapman Communities has seven active adult communities available for buyers.
